Jonathan was extremely helpful and courteous. He helped me solve my problem as best as he and I could. Unfortunately the problem with 2 of my watches is something the manufacturer is going to have to correct. I have gone to Gold Rush for jewelry sizing and other watch related issues. They have always been very helpful and professional. I recommend them as the place to go to in San Rafael for any jewelry and watch issues you might have.

I have my engagement ring that was just too big...so I stopped by Gold Rush just before Christmas and asked to have the ring sized down and a prong fixed. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and the work that was done is perfect!! When I picked it up the other day, the ring sparkles like new! And...the best part...I had just purchased a new leather band for my Apple Watch and needed an extra hole punched in the band—which they did for FREE! Thank you Cassie and Lisa and all the wonderful staff at Gold Rush! I’ll be back for sure!

Whether I need service, repair, batteries or purchase Gold Rush, Rick and his staff are the people that I trust for all my jewelry related requirements. They are fast, reliable and reasonably priced. I never had any problems with any of their service or work. I will continue to use Gold Rush and refer them as I hear of needs with which they can help. Gold Rush comes highly recommended. We limit how many customers are allowed in the store at one time. Our staff is fully vaccinated. We have plexiglass partitions for safety
It starts generally at $50 for gold rings. We do it in house and can sometimes do it while you wait.
Unfortunately there is a charge for this service. We clean the item, we measure the stones, identify them, weigh th item, photograph the item, document the item in a written form. This is done by a GIA train staff member and takes about 2 hours to normally do one item.
Yes we can we can do it while you wait.
We need to see it first to determine if we can polish it or if it needs to be replaced. Cost starts at $25 to polish it and $50 and up to replace it. It depends on how much work it takes to reset it back into your ring.
We would need to see it in person to see if it works for us.
