Old guy on the phone is short tempered and rude. Young guy at the store very helpful. Website is useless as it told that they carry the right battery for my Prius which was not true upon simple check after wasting my time driving and wouldn’t have repeated that hadn’t I checked the size after I bought it. Completely clueless website and attitude over the phone
