Would not recommend working here. I resigned but for some reason it says I was terminated. Which is hard to believe especially when my email keeps notifying me that they’re urgently hiring. Was strung along the whole time with broken promises but stuck in there as long as I could. Very disappointed. Maybe it’s a good thing they “terminated” me, bc I would need to be slapped into my right mind if I was to go back. So no need to thank me for my time, effort, & support, that was obviously not valued.

I actually enjoyed working at Teleperformance. I've been with Teleperformance for 5 years. But, it's the HR department I don't like. I understand people are busy. But, after 2 weeks of not responding is just plain ridiculous. Not only do they not respond, itshard to get in contact with the HR department. There is no phone number listed for them. All I needed is a letter of Termination from the HR department. I haven't received any type of phone call or email from them yet. I've been waiting for 2 weeks. My supervisor stated that she has emailed them multiple times. I want to speak with an actual human being. NOT A COMPUTER. Teleperformance is giving me the run around. I asked for a Letter of Termination & all Teleperformance is doing is giving me the run around. The HR department hasn't sent me anything. They don't have a direct number. No one is willing to help me. What type of inconsiderate HR Department is this? They want you to email them. But they don't ever respond to the emails. I wander will they respond to my attorney. I requested the Letter of Termination on July 22, 2022. It is now August 17, 2022. I still haven't received anything.

You treat your employees terrible. Schedule changes at the drop of a hat after midnight. Supervisors are hateful and talk to employees like they are nothing but trash! Not a good place to work! I absolutely would not recommend this company for anyone seeking employment. And also when you call all the numbers listed it goes to the medical alert system. Absolutely no way for anyone to make a formal complaint!

Supposed to start training on the 20th, but haven't heard anything from the "recruiter" no phone responses, no email response. Tried calling the office number it doesn't dial.

I’ve also been calling for a month straight trying to get my check and they don’t answer and HR will never return the calls.
Yes
Depends on the project you will be working on. For AT&T, the hours are (training or regular work) 2 pm to 11 pm. That is none negotiable for that project too. Hours will be like that till at least the end of October. Also there is no overtime till the end of October as well.
No
Best thing to do is go up there and physically talk to them in person.
I have no idea. I didn't work there I just went for an interview.
