as a former employee and having spoken to a current employee i am very sad to hear about the continued poor management and poor treatment of the clients by certain management. casa used to be an amazing place for treatment, the way a certain management person has been treating female employees and clients and sweeping issues under the rug is a disgrace to programs everywhere, people like that are the reason why programs get a bad name and addicts do not want to get help, because just like on the street they are looked at by certain people as garbage and it is so disheartening hopefully that staff member gets reprimanded to the point where they change or replaced if necessary

I just went to bring a friend some of his clothes and it wasn't a welcome I was expecting. Especially considering my first time there. I know that I would need to sign in as a visitor which the person I dealt with just pointed to a sheet of paper. Then I asked after a couple of minutes if I was good to talk to my friend. I am really hoping that the residents aren't receiving the same attitude. I don't want my friend staying here just to be treated without courtesy or respect. It's supposed to be positive, professional, and supportive .
