Hi. I want to build a playhouse for my kids. I was told by the county that it can't be more than 120 square feet and can't be more than 15 feet high. What are the property line setbacks? Thanks.

Rob, the setbacks are an area surrounding your property at the property line going towards your house. Generally, setbacks are 20ft front, 15 ft back and 6ft on the sides but check your zone with the planning department to be sure.
