I called first to check if they are able to help me replace my tc scion spark plugs at 2:30 pm and they said yes. When i arrived i told Julio the true issues on my car and he immediately told me they can help me. Which is a relief because i am 45 miles away from my place. They gave me a quote of how much it will cost me to fix the issue and the price is reasonable so i agree and it took them 2.5 hours to fix my car. I'm very thankful to Julio, Carlos and Sam for taking time to help me. They are an asset to the company.

Very efficient and fast service. Purchased my tires on Amazon and had them shipped to Pep Boys who took care of everything for a very reasonable fee per tire. Highly recommend them to anyone that wants to get new tires installed.

Carlos and Tyler at the Ventura location are always so kind and patient with me, and very helpful! My car had a recent disaster and Carlos and his team were quick to help me and went out of their way to get items needed from other locations and ensure my car was 100 before leaving. I appreciate the extra time and caution they give to me/my car - so grateful!

Carlos (manager) and Ernesto (mechanic) provided outstanding customer service. I was in need for a quick tire change and they where able to help me out in 15 minutes tops. Super friendly and treated my car carefully, something I’m usually concern for at shops. Will definitely come back.
