Long story Short: Gus did an amazing job getting out here, and even corrected a destination error on the go, realizing that a transmission place wouldn't be fixing tires. Saved a headache! Short story Long: I had a blow out, i guess? My tire picked something up going around a corner and was making noises for a mile or so, and then whatever it was propelled out and ricocheted around in the wheel well. I thought it must have been a rock or something until the onboard computer suddenly announced that i had lost about 29 psi in seconds. Not a fun day, but Gus saved it, and saved me a lot of trouble with his quick thinking and questioning an oddity in the itinerary. Thank you again, Gus!

The appointment setting outside (due to Covid-19) is really organized. Wait times are dependent on the time of day and how many employees are inside. That said, when I did finally speak to a representative I was disappointed that only 2 people were available to help customers. I was able to take care of a title transfer and renew my registration quickly.

Convenient location for me and I had to wrestle through to get what I wanted...a simple change of address card that I usually carry and show to whoever wants to pronounce and get info like business card. It comes handy when address don’t match. Very patient employees indeed I must say and acknowledge 👍.

Not doing a very efficient job with the covid protocol. Unorganized and very slow. There were several lines when I first arrived, didn't know which one to get in because they're not marked. There was no greeter or hist to direct you, a d staff were too busy to answer simple questions like"where do I start?
