Nothing on the Ventura County neither Santa Barbara or Los Angels area for sure am from Ventura county and went to every single river and i didnt find nothing
You can try Lake Piru, but I don't think there is much in there...

Lake pyramid might be your best for fishing near this area.

No good places unless you know the trails also bit of a drought up here but there is quail lake pyramid lake as well
