Hi Jerry, I was in a similar situation and paid early to renew my license last November. Calls to the DMV remained unanswered and visiting the Santa Clara DMV office was not a good use of my time. If you're seeking quick action and in case your license is about to expire even after having rendered payment, I strongly recommend contacting your state representative to intervene. If you're lucky enough to reside in the 28th state district, I am hopeful that you can get this resolved within 5 business days. Good luck!
There is a glitch in the system..u will need to go into office an show that u paid an we will reissue it for you..
