You need either a credit card or debit card even if your insurance is paying for it. They need it for incidentals.
Need a card. They hold 200.00$ on the card.
Enterprise does not accept cash when renting a car you have to have a Debit Visa something that's attached to a bank account it cannot be a prepaid Visa.
