Owner was very helpful and informative and also very very friendly which is rare these days. I really appreciated the amazing customer service I received from this business. The truck was in great condition and worked very well even though I had to drive it an extremely long distance. There were some differences between what I was quoted on the phone and what I actually got charged, but the owner took care of it right away and was very understanding about the situation. I would definitely rent a truck from this location again and would recommend it to others as well. Thank you so much for everything!

We rented a mazda cx5 which reeked of pot , service light came on shortly after we picket it up and windscreen tank was empty ! Avis you need to get the staff to sort these things out before re renting vehicles

We rented a truck for a 1-way to Redding to pick up a truck. Staff was polite and helpful but we scheduled a pickup at 9am, and we had to wait while they washed and sterilized the vehicle so didn't leave until after 9:30. Wasn't a big deal for us but a concern if had a meeting or appointment to get to. Secondly, the car was on E, we had to fill up 60 miles out of Sacramento, having not paid attention to gas gauge assuming full, since staff stressed a few times that tank needed to be returned with a full tank. Called budget while filling up, rep was apologetic and said they would give a discount once ride was over. Unseen circumstances had us needing to return in the rental back to sac, budget was very accommodating, back to Sacramento and returned car in the am. Check in where I had to explain again about gas and why I was returning car with half a tank. The discount ending up being having the $35 fee waived for returning it without a full tank. 🤨 Location has this rental within walking distance from my home, so I will be using again and hope they can redeem themselves.

The truck battery failed and they sent out a to truck to jump it. 4 months later they call me about a $400 dollar charge that they want me to pay for the jump start. Very unprofessional to no inform me of the charge when I called. Very unprofessional to wait 3 months to inform me. Also their trucks cannot go up hills. driving through the Grapevine and other hills I could only go 45 mph and it added 4 hours to my trip overall due to the truck's low horsepower. Choose somewhere else and avoid the faulty equipment that they will charge you for.
