Maybe a few right up in the springs. They will move out into the warmer water of the Gulf and move up and down the West Coast during the summer and fall months. Most active up in the springs during the winter when Gulf temperatures drop below 72 degrees. And the Springs will stay warmer at that temperature.
Probably not. Water warms up in the gulf so they head back out.
