This was my first visit to Jenkins Kia. Very pleasant experience. Kai & Miss Mo were very attentive and helpful. The waiting room is clean, spacious and well attended. It is a very welcoming environment where I felt comfortable to wait and work in my laptop. Plenty of snacks, coffee, etc. my service was very quick. My concerns were addressed clearly and resolved.

Thank you for making me feel special! The customer waiting area is super clean and inviting! Comfy seating that includes internet stations, couches, and tables allowed me to find a spot just for me to wait and complete some of my own work. I appreciated the variety of drinks offered which included water, soft drinks and coffee/cappuccino. The service personnel was friendly but not patronizing which I truly appreciated!! So happy moving to this area allows me this option for getting my Kia serviced!!

The entire staff was amazing to me. The General Manager David greeted me personally. Our sales person Cody was polite, attentive and ready to help in any way needed without pressuring us to buy. Scott in finance was quick to help and seemed to look out for the best rate. I would purchase future vehicles from this facility and recommend them to others.
