No he has to take you to court before anything and at that time if the judge wants to he can order you to pay lawyer fees but your landlord has to take you to court before he can do anything first she's got to give you a 3 day notice if you're not out in 3 days then he has to start Court proceedings and then the judge issues a 30 day ordering for you to be out within 30 days if you're not out in 30 days then the sheriff's will come and put you out
