Unfortunately, their main goal is to perform religious conversion. If you truly care about the homeless and the hungry, you would not discriminate against any trait a person has that's physically non-threatening to others. These traits would include age, race, religion, and more. Every person of any religion deserves love, peace, food, and shelter if they truly are a peaceful person. Not just Christians. They also do not partake in the 6 feet rule. They have people sitting in the chapel area shoulder to shoulder. Some people and staff were also not wearing masks. They do not have a stable method of finding out for sure who is and who isn't vaccinated.

This place is ABSOLUTELY DRUG INFESTED. If you have any property of value you'll be fighting for it at night time, or having it stolen as you sleep. I've seen sexual predation male-on-male, male-on-female. No doors on bathroom stalls hands down the worst shelter ever including New York City!!

Took someone there, the gentleman at the desk was very helpful but I was a little taken a back by the chaotic atmosphere inside and out. It is not a place for someone who is shy or timid they will definitely get taken advantage of. Seeing the individuals going behind the desk was a little troubling to me. Where is the control?

There are many resources that can help you thru your journey here to the capital region, while placed in a shelter seek out employment and or training to take full advantage of the resources here, I will post a few flyers. Also nearby we have Trinity services which is right around the corner & let's not forget about one stop career center on Central avenue and or the nearby Howe public library.
Hi Maria. We would be happy to help. Please tell him to come on down and bring ID if he has it. If he does not have ID, he can stay for a grace period while we help him obtain some identification.
Not sure. Just call the mission and get the information that is needed
