Good morning, my name is Dennis, and wanted to compliment one of your sales people. Yesterday after leaving a nearby Tim Horton's, I had some time to spare and walked to a nearby City Mattress (Henrietta Outlet) to look at some mattresses. Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted by Sunny Vadeera. Sunny was very personable, and appeared honest and genuine, Sunny answered all my concerns. Subsequently, I ended up buying a new Queen Matress, sales order 252111504. My goal was to research, from there I was heading to Raymour and Flanigan. Sunny was not pushy, very pleasant, and knowledgeable. Once again, I was researching, and not going to buy right away. Needless to say, I made a purchase.
