I stopped by unannounced to visit a friend who is in independent living at Ville St. Marie. There is an intercom at the front door to call the front desk. The front desk can easily visualize each person who is entering amd exiting the building. The front desk attendant was smiling and cheerful. She called up to the room to let my friend know she has a visitor. I was asked to sign in and show my indentification. There was a board with a list of daily activities along with names of those celebrating birthdays! In the main room I could see a seated yoga class taking place. It was awesome to watch. All the residents were dressed and the place smells clean and fresh. I was delighted to see my friend and how well she has adjusted to independent living. She has a close friend next door and they visit daily. They draw, sing, and have a room filled with board games and puzzles. I ate lunch there and the food was incredible! I had blackened fish with vegetables along with a side salad and peanut butter pie for dessert! The pie was AWESOME. Everyone here from the staff to the residents are simply amazing. They look out for one another and care for each other. This is the place I would want my family members to be, it feels safe and homey.

Transitioning Mom at 91 is hard enough, but cannot put into words how incredible VSM and especially Stephanie has been. From the day I first called for information through the weeks prior to Mom’s move. It is difficult to navigate through everything, but no matter what it is, big or small, Stephanie is right there ! She is truly a gem and VSM is extremely lucky to have her ! We’ve not met everyone , but every person I’ve encountered has been exceptional. Met DeAnna yesterday, wow !!! Trusting Mom to someone is hard, but I have so much confidence in VSM, it’s such an asset to our community !

Ville Ste. Marie Senior Living is open! At our community, we offer both Independent Living and Assisted Living services for active adults and seniors, along with a full-time activity calendar, meals, housekeeping, transportation and more!
