Had an issue with my wiper during the drying station...it pulled the blade off and when the the arm came down it cracked my windshield... waiting for the corporate to reply

Yikes ... I'm really not sure .. I tend to only go on Sunday afternoon and only after the grocery store .. ethos early closures after you purchased a pass should be questioned I would suggest calling mngmnt and simply State your case .. I completely understand as I have switched from Delta Sonic to Royal simply because of the convenience ..
Monthly with the RFID tag is a good deal if used frequently and quite convenient.
