How come the website says they close at 9:30pm when in actuality they close at 9pm? Also i tend to find sometimes they close even earlier then that around 8:30 pm. I bought a daily pass for their late hours because of my work schedule.

Yikes ... I'm really not sure .. I tend to only go on Sunday afternoon and only after the grocery store .. ethos early closures after you purchased a pass should be questioned I would suggest calling mngmnt and simply State your case .. I completely understand as I have switched from Delta Sonic to Royal simply because of the convenience ..

If you call their main number they will answer you. It is a family business and they try to accommodate ...they are concerned about reputation and inaccuracies. I m sure they 'll help you.... I too have driven by and found them closed early (Pittsford)..but it seemed during frigid weather.

I feel the same way Jason. Just drove to the Pittsford location right after my shift. Its ritual. Got there 9:16pm. Usually they are open, but sometimes they close early and you can see the staff hanging out in the office. This has happened several times. Extremely Frustrating. I chose them for the monthly pass because of their hours. **Keep in mind the weather was beautiful today, no reason for the car wash to close early today. 3/5/18** Other than than the sometimish service, they do a good job.
