For sure credit card at the terminal before the gate. It might accept cash, never tried. I have a monthly subscription for unlimited washes that just bills my credit card once a month. They put an electronic sticker (rfid) on your car. Pull up to the terminal, it reads the sticker and opens the gate. Never have to open your window or touch anything. Super handy.
