I made a call to Servpro of Antioch and they came the same day. Found the problem of the leak I was having and arrived with their equipment to dry out and dehumidify the area. That process eliminated the need to rip up additional flooring and walls. They were able to remove my hardwood floor in my pantry and kitchen and then remove the glue from the entire floor readying it to have the contractor perform his services. I would recommend Servpro of Antioch for all my restoration needs. You won’t get better in the industry.

Estimates do have a $50 charge, this is due to the level of attention and detail that we provide you. At the end of our in person visit, not only will you have the estimate that you were seeking, you will possess a top level understanding of your loss, what is affected, what the plan and process is, how to work with any insurance on the claim, and everything else you may want to know. You will understand your loss at the same level of understanding that we do. We provide estimates for water damage, fire damage, remediation, Covid-19 cleaning, decontamination and other cleaning projects. An on-site inspection is almost always necessary. Please contact us for more information. All monies paid towards the inspection is always applied to the work that we do, so if we do the work, you only pay for the work done.
Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
