If a person is looking to have a charge reduced from the original conviction, they would have to contact the convicting court. As to confirmation of paperwork that a program was completed, the motorist would have to get a copy from the agency where the program was held since that information is now electronic. However, since you are talking about 2006, there is a possibility that there might be paper completions in DMV.
