No the shelter doesn't. Maybe when the other person said "they have several prograns" they really meant "they try to push the problem on outside sources" . The coalition literally has no rehab programs, at all. You can ask the case manager for reference material. They may even make an appointment with a rehab center for you, but the Coalition makes sure that they don't have anything to do with it.
They have a few various programs. Short answer is yes. The person will meet with a counselor/case manager who will then coordinate with other reseources to get the person what they need. In the end though it depends greatly on the person needing help. I've known people to go in and sit lazy for 30 days and nothing improves. Ask around and be sure he gets one of the more passionate counselors
