Why do credit card payments get processed faster then cash an they don't want to confirm you've made payments

I took care of it had to go over there an talk to finance they were just being lazy no replying to emails from DOC but whatever wensday i go to court an no more dacco probation an all that dam debt

I really don't know..... I've not made any payments!!!!!

@diego Vazquez- I've never heard anything so asinine, the courts won't accept a receipt. Why won't they accept receipts? Anytime I've ever gone to court and they requested some type of form of payment the first thing they ask for is do you have a receipt that states you paid back! So I'm not understanding why they will not accept your receipt? Do they really think that dacco is going to get on the phone every month to verify that you've made your payments? I'm sorry that you have to go through that that your receipt is not valid for your court system. I swear the court system is made to make people fail!!! Here you are doing it supposed to be doing making your payments keeping your receipts and they have the nerve to say this is unacceptable. SMH!!!

Credit cards have a paper trail and it's done faster cash don't have a paper trail so they have to go in and wait till the end of the week to do a whole combined of cash and yes it becomes a pain in the butt for the people that are paying with cash

I would make sure that you keep all your receipts but normally as soon as you pay with cash and a card it takes it right off. I would speak to the lady at the front she's pretty good about helping.
