Worst program do not go there you will be lied to mislead treated like you are less then anyone there and if you ask to speak with a supervisor you will be ignored they use the food stamps of the residents to buy them meals on wheels wich is covered by these same residents midical insurance same with funding if the courts are paying for treatment they will try to get you to qualify for a grant that will double fund your treatment. This grant you can get on your own and get the $ yourself. We volunteered for this at cove. I am not impressed as a matter of fdct. I feel we are being disrespected at every level by everyone I've come in contact with sense I've started there. Not recommended for any treatment. Do not go here they are crooks all about $.dony care who gets hurt long as they get paid

So I’ve been calling this place for days they’re so misleading ever since these people took over new ownership is horrible they are so disorganized no one‘s on the same page and they just have no consideration for peoples lives I spoke to Denzel said they have rooms available was there 6:45 in the morning because check-in for intake is between 730 and 330 and then you get there they have a note that it’s from 830-230pm it’s just a whole bunch of nobody knowing what they’re doing I want to just give it zero stars… horrible they should be ashamed of themselves

Love what this place is doing. They have a lot of different programs. So if one doesn't work out try another. It kinda crazy at first cuz no one tells u what all u have to do. They just come up to u one day n are like u gotta do this or that. But just stick with it n its so worth it.

This is a horrible place. My partner has been going here and they are the most unorganized and unprofessional program I've even seen. The whole center got Covid and sent the patients out with no where to go even though they caught covid from the facility they did nothing to accommodate them. They don't include the family on the process or well being or progress of the patients. They staff is rude and don't anything. I asked to speak to a counselor there and the person on the phone was so confused as to who I was asking for then said she's not in but will take a message. Once I said the message he said I'll tell her now! So is she in or not? They don't like to communicate with family. They are understaffed. I would not recommend them to anyone!

Im not sure dacco helps the ppl who want to be helped some ppl are so far gone they need therapy along wit rehab... I truly believe everyone is not ment to be at an out patient methadone clinic cause its not getting back to the root of why yiu started using in the first place... Then when things don't go their way they talk bad about the place and give poor reviews i know because ive done it until i took responsibility for my own actions and my own life and about the money YES IT IS A REHAB BUT IT IS ALSO A BUSINESS AND THEY ARE ABOUT THEIR MONEY.
Dosing hours are 5:30am to 10:00 am, regular business hours are 8:00am to 5:30 pm, intake paperwork can be gotten at dosing window check-in to get a early start.
No but they might take your insurance and they have like grants you can apply for
As soon as your able to speak to them have them add you. Because anyone that knows anything about inpatient is that for the first 30 days you don't get any phone calls so that be kind of hard to tell someone to add you, so as soon as you can speak to them then you can have them add you.
Joanie Stewart thats a seperate program some judges utilize
I had to put a request in weeks before to try and get green to go. Personal experience being in patient twice, They look at a lot , your behavior, actions, have u been follow rules, ect. Take that in account, also if approved, I had to give reason, relationship to that person I wanted to see, address where I'll be, time I'm leaving, who's picking and dropping you off. Ect. Worth a try. Good luck and stay on this road to recovery, you can do this because I did it and gosh dang, what an eye opening experience, just do your time there , stay solo, focus on you, because we gotta get better for us and take care of us before we can
Just call there and ask to speak to a supervisor and make complaint. Are u a in patient?
Hello, we use methadone to treat addiction. Call us at (813) 384-400 for more information.
Hi! Our dosing hours have changed to 6:30 am to 10:00 am on Saturday and Sunday and for the weekday's it is 5:30 am to 12:00 pm! We hope this helps!
For our dosing, during the week on Monday to Friday, we are open 5:30 am to 1:00 pm and on Saturday and Sunday we are open from 6:30 am to 10:00 am.
Get a hold of the HR department to find out what field you're looking for and they'll be better to direct you in my area thank you
No one forces you to take "the alternative" and it's your choice to stay at the same levels and nod out or slowly taper off and get better, NOT BITTER!!
I'm pretty positive it won't stop. Unless you've been arrested. But if your voluntary I do believe you keep your benefits .But it's always good to call ahead to ask about things like this.
If you're inpatient then no. But if you're just going for your daily dose as an outpatient then yes, of course.
Yes just call the front desk and ask if they except your type of Medicaid.
Idk u can call I would say it's likely
I took care of it had to go over there an talk to finance they were just being lazy no replying to emails from DOC but whatever wensday i go to court an no more dacco probation an all that dam debt
Not sure why people speak on things if they aren't 100% they're right. Weekends aren't until 6:30 a.m.. And there's no "until about 11:30a.m. on weekdays" if you're not there by then, you will not dose. Dacco should have their dosing hours posted somewhere more accessible so you don't have to fish through comments like these of people guessing incorrect times.
I know from personal experience. They offer suboxone but it has to be approved through there doctor and is very pricy. They do however offer subutex and it’s $23 a day however they have grants and you only pay a copay of $3 a day. They definitely help you in any situation and they do not have any groups together unless you’re attending a 12 step meeting. It makes sense so there are no distractions. You’re there for your recovery and they want you solely focusing on that.
There are designated days for drop offs of possessions also for visitations to find out days abd times youll have to ask at the facility. As far as private visits yes in as you don't have to have someone supervising. I hope that helped. Good luck and God bless.
I usually don't comment on stuff but i would say focus on your own sobriety. Let them be their own keeper. It's not okay to interfere with someone's medical situation and if they are doing wrong it'll catch up to them in time but to interfere with someone else's situation could backfire on their treatment and actually push them into a really bad situation.
Regularly the program is a full year but there is possibilities of finishing early if everything is compliant
Alot of pple just drop them off at the front entrance outside but then they get ripped apart. Id take them to the side entrance with the round about! They will really appreciate them they have a close closet for the residential girls an boys that come there with nothing.
I would talk with mike
They do take them as people are saying but im pretty sure they will not take cash on the weekends.
As far as what? Medication?? And is it in patient or out patient? Because if something is prescribed and it has to be on the list of approved medications. Even then you still have to bring them in and let them document and check them
Two questions are they far from Tampa general and do they accept Medicaid?
Yes
10AM on weekends. Weekdays 5:30AM-10:30AM. Weekends 6:30AM-10AM
