Alfred, I don't know your exact situation, but I know you must be frustrated with Dacco's policies with the grievance forms/process. That is the answer I always received to everything there as well. But in the end of the process you end up talking to the head person of whatever program it is. I'm only in the OATS program now, but also used to be women's outpatient. In my case, if I wanted to bypass the grievance process, I would sit down with with Mike or Cindy (they are the 2 supervisors in the OATS dept - methadone program), and express my concerns.
