It's always a trip to use public transportation in Tampa. The drivers are always slow and late to pick up and drop off. They have no manners whatsoever when it comes to people boarding the bus. They take off before you can pay the fee to use their service. On the weekends it's a joke to catch a bus you matters well just walk to wherever you need to go it's much easier and quicker. And when the bike holder is full They refuse to let you board so you stuck in the middle of no where. Very unprofessional public transportation people. No one wants to wait over an hour to get a bus home after a long day at work.

BEWARE OF HART! DANGEROUS! One of the station managers threatened a guy waiting for a bus. Her name is Jennifer and she threatened this older gentleman who had a bus pass and was waiting for a bus. She said she was going to make things up and lie to get him in trouble. I refuse to use a company who lies and threatens their customers.

The bus operators are nice and extremely professional. The Marion transient center is dirty. Lots of homeless people hanging around. The busses run are proficient during the day and evening, but at night they are often late and sometimes don't run at all.
