As soon as your able to speak to them have them add you. Because anyone that knows anything about inpatient is that for the first 30 days you don't get any phone calls so that be kind of hard to tell someone to add you, so as soon as you can speak to them then you can have them add you.
They will be able to call you even the first week there and the day they get there they can use the phone as well to call you to bring stuff to them when you drop off stuff to them the first time you can visit with them briefly
It's really hard to get a hold of anyone there on the phone. My advice is to go there and ask them to see if they can ask her to put you on there. Good luck
