Regularly the program is a full year but there is possibilities of finishing early if everything is compliant
No not unless your judge orders it
You have a possibility of having your judge order what they call early termination but you have to complete the majority of your program. It also depends on whether or not you are in drug court or a court appointed program call PTI-(Pre-trial-intervention) to keep a felony off your record.
The short answer is no. Not for good behavior. It could end early depending on the elements of your case. Is it in drug court? Did you fail any drug screens or breathalyzers (depending on what you are there for). Fail a few times and you could actually be there longer. Miss a couple classes you'll be there longer. Again, this all depends on drug court, your case manager; or are you a Marchman Act? Just stay clean and don't miss class. It also depends on where you start. Phase one or three. Big difference. One year compared to 3 months. Good luck. God bless.
I believe i have heard of getting out early on good behavior i dont really know to be honest as i was not court ordered to to go to dacco i realized i had a problem nd wanted to do something about it i didnt want to be addicted to drugs for the rest of my life so tht is why km taking action!!!!!
