What's the rent and is there a deposit is power included

I just moved in a week ago, and I'm paying 825 for a large 1/1. I got in on a move-in special, you just have to call the office or check their website.

I'm pretty sure rent just went up but we pay about 900 for everything included except electric. We're in a 2 bedroom 1 bath, I think 2 bed 2 bath is about 1000. Yes there's a first months rent deposit, sometimes they do move in specials with a lower deposit. Just call the office or stop in
