Property is beautiful! The Preserve staff was so professional and kind. Looking around for a friend moving to the area. Amenities are on point, and all new equipment in fitness center! Close to downtown Lakeland, lots of food and shopping. Anna and Brenda were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

Carmen was the first person that we met in that place last december 2021 her service was great, so the team in the office and the guys who take care of the facilities and response inquires or services into the apts. I feel so secure in there at any hour. Living near to the I 4, to the mall and all the stores in the road 98, next health providers and to the downtown. Its a beautiful place when the families and pets can be togeter in a clean and neat facilities kids and dogs park, BBQs, pool, gym. Definetly it's a place where I will live until I found the home perfect for me like I feel in the Preserve. Thanks for the opportunity!

Just toured, but the grounds were well kept, the apartments were beautiful, and the staff was friendly. Four stars however because they still advertise a hot tub and a game room which they do not have :/

I can’t caution you enough about this place!! I lived here for 3 years before I moved, in that time the ownership changed and the management changed twice. Parking is always a hassle, the lots are always full and then people park in dangerous places and not much is done to prevent people from doing that. The trash compactor is always over flowing. The residents there don’t understand that it needs to go in and be compacted and they let it over flow or they leave big items around the compactor(there’s a separate dumpster for larger items). Make sure you get a unit with a newer HVAC I lived in 2 different units and both of them had units that couldn’t keep the apartment cool. One apartment got a new one and in the last one they had us close some of the vents so it would blow air in important places. When you move in, take lots of pictures and document everything for proof. They’re more than likely going to pin something on you it’s good to have the pictures. Even then it’s better to have cash ready to pay for repairs cause even if you have proof that damage was there before you moved they can still charge you for it!!
