"Old George-Town"... Aslo, may now be the cheapest place to live in Lakeland. 2 Bedrooms starting at 995. LOTS and LOTs of Renovations going on.

OH!! My God!! What is this mess how they can take the rent and ignore the tenants needs. 😭Please somebody have to do something for these tenants. I dont live here but I know a hard working person moving in soon and it make me sad that this person ended in a place like this. Thank you for your reviews. They are very helpful. A shelter look better and safe than this place. The city should do something

Old management - horrible New management- “hold my beer” These people took over and doubled everyone’s water bill with no explanation. Lakeland electric confirms no major change in water bill. Put in work orders just to have them closed without being worked, then they maybe show up unannounced months later and walk in l with no notice… you could literally be on the toilet and they just walk right in. Trust me… it’s happened. If I could have given less than a star I would.

I do not know why you keep posting soooooo many ads on Craigslist when you have noooo vacancies it's not right to keep putting up ads and not taking any phone calls and having to wait on a waitlist that's hundreds of ppl on it at least take down the ads on Craigslist until you've gotten no more ppl on a wait list. You have to earn 3 times what the rent is, for example if the rent is 600, you would have to make 1800 a month. As far as safety, it's ok I guess. I mean I grew up in Newark NJ so for me this is "the suburbs" LoL Some people would consider this the hood. So it really depends on what you are used to. Trash and maintenance are included. Water is not but it's really cheap. And the appliances are all electric. Hope this helps.
Pretty big. There are 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Safety depends on what you are used to. I'm from Newark NJ, so for me this is the "suburbs". Some people consider it the hood. I've been here a year and never had an issue with safety.
