Two separate people told us the application charge was refundable, now that we are moving in at a different place it’s not anymore? Called and Sydney said it’s not and offered nothing else. Also one of the reason we decided on some place else is there were homeless people walking through the complex and the surrounding area has a high crime rate. In response to owner: Don’t tell us that we will get the money back in that case. I’ll erase the review if you return the money you promised to return.

We have been calling this "Home" for a couple months. We relocated here from CT. We worked with Sydney & she helped us through all the out of state transition. The apartment is spacious, clean, well kept & quiet. Our view is a golf course, so beautiful. They offer regular get togethers for all that are interested. Sydney & Ana have been so helpful with all my questions about the complex and also Lakeland & surrounding area. They make us feel like we have friends here! We highly recommend Audubon Oaks!

This has been by far the best apartment complex we have ever stayed at. The apartments feel more like a home than an apt and are so beautiful/spacious. The entire property is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. Lacey and her team are amazing and go above and beyond in customer service and in all they do. Audubon is truly the best and is run by the best!

Looking a great place to live? This is the place.. we lived there for about 2 years. All the staff including manager Lacey were very respectful, attentive, responsible and very friendly with us during the whole time. The apartment has very good features and quality on kitchen cabinets. Maintenance staff is always taking care of every little detail and all of them were always very polite. Con: parking lot spaces. Mostly because some disrespectful neighbors parked visitor’s car in front of the building so you had to park in another building and that was written in the contract. (If you have 2 cars , park the other one on visitor side ). Pool, dog park and clubhouse are really good! . I miss the parties and gatherings they had for the community every holiday!!
