I've been a resident at Century Avenues for over 3 year's an it's been a great place to call home. Callie and Amy in the front office have always treated me like family anytime I needed anything they took care of it promptly. I've only needed to call on maintenence a couple time's and Nathaniel took care of it rite away he is very professional.

This place was great! Lots of great amenities. The elevators are so convenient especially if you live on the third floor like I do! Maintenance always responds in a quick timely manner as well. The office ladies are also amazing! Callie is always so helpful!

Everybody is welcoming. Helpful and took the time for any questions. The office staff are super nice. The property is amazing. The dog park is pretty cool.

We are a current tenant. We started having issues with the AC since the middle of May. The AC unit stopped working on June 11 to this day (July 7th) almost a month now, it remains unrepaired, while they did provide a temporary window unit it is an unacceptale solution for a 3 bedroom apartment in the middle of a Florida summer, I had to spend almost 1000$ for two additional window units in order to have an acceptable living condition, not to mention these ac units also raised my electric bill drastically. The front gate, building front doors and elevators are constantly down troughout my year here, it is obvious management is either negligent or does not want to spend money on maintenance, Either way, do not rent here.
