Very unsatisfied after leaving here for about 4 months. A new tenant move in above me and was hanging wall decor after midnight during a school and work day. I didn’t know what it was because I didn’t that someone just moved in above me. I put up with this for awhile until I had to knock on her door. She was rude, arrogant and no regard for anyone. She had 3 kids you constantly made noise, running around the apartment above, jumping, dribbling ball even at 2 am. When I asked the to stop, she confronted and threatened me. I had to call the cops and told me on the 3rd time I call they will be arrested. Management cannot do anything about it. The choice was to move to another unit, even if I was there first. It was not fair. They obviously don’t screen people appropriately before they give them a lease. My next door neighbors expressed the same concerns and some finally left before and after me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY. They’ve also lost most if not all of their original employees.

I moved in almost 2 months ago now and have been happy with the experience and the complex. My apartment was clean and in practically brand new condition when I moved in. The office staff has been very friendly and helpful ever since I first met with Wendy for a tour. I have used the gym which is nice and the walking path, but have not used any of the other amenities so I can't speak to those. Parking is plentiful and I've no issues with any of the neighbors. Its a great location in South Lakeland easily accessible to everything you need.

**(Review on a specific staff member): We had been looking for an apartment to meet certain needs for my health. Wendy McNally at Century Ariva was literally a God send. For months, we had delays on our end, She and I kept in touch, she followed up with me, answered questions, and was so incredibly accomodating, as management permitted. She was kind, compassionate, honest, & personable. Long story short, due to varying circumstances, we aren't moving in, BUT, if you are looking for incredible service & care, Wendy is it.
