I’ve unfortunately had to come here twice due to really being sick sicker than I thought I was and both times I felt truly cared about and taken seriously. But my biggest shoutout has to be to nurse Richard!! He was absolutely best nurse I’ve ever encountered he took good care of me and made me laugh despite being really sick and not feeling good. If I could I would request him every time!!

On 8-22-2022 I took my husband here, mind you he hates going to Dr's and hasn't seen one in about 13 yrs. However he came down very sick all of a sudden. So I took him to this place. As soon as we went into a room the Dr came in we was pleased he listen to everything my husband was saying and stated you have all the signs of Covid or the flu so I am gonna test you for both. The flu test came back as negative and they said we have to wait 48 hours for results to the covid test...I told them that I have underlying medical it could be very dangerous for me and asked why they didn't do a rapid test they said they didn't need to. They didn't do any x-rays of his chest, they didn't give him fluids, they didn't give him antibiotics, charged us 300 dollar copay told him to take Tylenol and then moved us to the hall so they could put someone else in the room. Here it is a wèk later and my husband is still sick. Oh and his covid test was neg. I had also stop that same night and bought a rapid test and it was neg. That place is a joke

Super fast. Very thorough. Extremely kind. I came in for abdominal pain and concerns of stomach bleeding. The nurses did a great job tending to my concerns and easing my anxiety. Sent me home with some medications and I wasn’t waiting too long for results. Will definitely come back!

Waited 40 minutes with my daughter who had a severe ear ache to be taken to a room where we easily sat for 40 minutes plus before I went and reminded them we were there. A doctor showed up about 15 minutes later and spent 20 minutes with us. Cleaned her ear. Wrote a prescription they never sent to the pharmacist and recommended an ear specialist. The nice lady with the lap top on a rolling cart spent more time with us getting all my information and having me sign screen after screen after screen so they could bill my insurance company $4000 which is only covering $1680. The first paperwork I received after our visit to this billing facility in Lakeland was an application to make term payments. I strongly recommend you ask lots of questions about what is going be covered by your insurance company or what they are going to charge you before you let them take you to a patient room.
