Great medical place to come. The new facility is beautiful. The staff/volunteers are wonderful. Dr. Ronald Chapman has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very caring. You know he wants to help you. Gps takes you right to it and the parking is great and the entryway is easy to get into.

Everyone is fantastic! I have no insurance and this is the place to go. I'm getting physical therapy for a hip replacement. You won't find a better place. Everyone, from the receptionist to my doctor, is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!

They have a wonderful staff and are always on top of it. I get excellent care and I'm starting to see their foot doctor now and he is really good. When I'm sick I can call they get me in ASAP. I have to say that I have recommended them to a couple of people. As well they are happy as I am with the service that we all get from Lakeland volunteers in medicine.

Not really. LVIM is not like a regular urgent care center. LVIM serves the medical and dental needs of Polk county residents who are employed but cannot afford medical insurance. There is a registration process to confirm you and your family fit the definition of the group that LVIM is dedicated to serve.
LVIM serves working individuals who do not have and can't afford insurance and live in Polk county.

Hi, Amy! Are you already an LVIM patient? If not, that's the first step. You can call 863.688.LVIM to schedule an appointment and find out if you qualify. We can conduct minor surgical procedures onsite, with doctor's orders, and have and extensive referral department we rely on to try and meet patient needs that can't be met at LVIM.
No, however you can (if you qualify) get medical help or Dental help.
You need to call to find out if theyre taking new patients they will need proof if income to see if you qualify
