Every time I call this pharmacy they never answer their phone. I sat on hold for 30 minutes they picked up the phone and put me back on hold for another 30 minutes. This has happened multiple times. anytime I call does not matter what time A day or What day it is they never answer.

Bad customer service at the time to check for a med… the “pharmacist” look at my child’s prescriptions in the monitor… but she can’t help because I don’t know the name of the prescription! I don’t have an. Issue before for that, others “pharmacist” tells me the name because they can see it, and that’s all! But that one decided to ignore me. They need to hire young people that love what they do!

I gave them only one star to be able to put the comment, today 8/28/22 I went at night to buy some medicine I asked for my coupons in the machine, there was a lady who the truth is that she does not have the best form with the clients or with him employee who was there, I think if you are going to work with clients you should have a better attitude otherwise you should change jobs
