From the consultation with Jen and April to the actual appt. time, I was treated with courtesy. I have received many, many compliments over the haircut. I love the haircut also, but especially like the hair color and highlight colors combination. It all blends so well. Jen was considerate and very knowledgeable. April was cautious, talkative and funny. I loved that! I can't say that there was one thing I liked most as my Whole experience was FABULOUS!I haven't felt or looked so good in years!! I keep getting compliments and I believe them.
