Had an awful experience this afternoon. Was called in for a prescription and told it was ready. Arrived and waited 20 minutes in line. As we got to the pickup counter, we were informed the prescription actually wasn’t ready and it’d be an additional 40 minutes. Came back 45 minutes later and waited an additional 20 minutes in line where we dealt with “Monica” who was rude and didn’t seem to understand her job. She asked multiple times for our home address to verify, as we were practically shouting it in the middle of the store. After providing state ID so she could read it, she then couldn’t “understand” the address on the ID. I made a joke about “First day on the job, huh?” to which she gained a tone and goes “You want me to do this or what? I’ve got a process” and proceeded to take another 10 minutes to finish checking us out, after she had to go and search for the prescription (which had just been finished 2 minutes prior). I’ll be using a different pharmacy in the future as will the rest of my family. A horrible experience!

If you would like to relive the experience of a bread line, use this pharmacy. There is always a long line to pick or drop your prescriptions. I avoid it like the plague. My insurance now offers free prescription by mail cheaper, so I am glad not dealing with the long lines and unfriendly associates.
