I just attended the grand opening of the newly renovated hotel in the heart of downtown Lakeland. They did a wonderful job in restoring this beautiful historic building, retaining the charm and character of the historic building while making it fresh and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. The Terrace Hotel is a beautiful get-away spot and close to Lake Mirror for a nice walk outdoors.

A beautiful historic building renovated into a hotel. The decor and ambiance is very well done. This is our second time staying on this property. We've stayed in a double room as well as a king suite, both rooms are spacious and clean. The lobby is bright and welcoming. There is an on-site restaurant and it has a nice selection of food, service is great. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown Lakeland. We walked to dinner and breakfast. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel has the most amazing staff. The bar staff Chris and Mohamed were awesome. I would go there for a cocktail even if I was not staying there. Cleaning staff always cleaning and friendly. They made my team feel like family .

If you’re planning on staying in Lakeland the Terrace is wonderful to stay! Super convenient to everything and nice accommodations. Do not eat here. There are SO many better options downtown, as a local I’ve tried to like this place but it’s just awful. The staff (outside the concierge area) have never blown me away especially at the bar and breakfast. Food is overpriced, can’t poach an egg. Happy hour prices don’t even help, pop over to Harry’s, Fresco’s or Revival.
