Terrible people, they refuse to pay knowing their client was drinking and driving and is at fault for the damage to my vehicle. He completely destroyed the front driver’s side by reversing into it! And then called a cop friend to bail him out and give me a ticket and get me to admit fault! GEICO never contacted my lawyers though i gave them the information and are only going based on the fact that the ticket was given to me but it has since been dismissed which means there is adequate proof that they need to be paying for my damages! They are okay with taking their client’s side though their client was DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED. Claiming my insurance company agrees with them! No! They do not! I spoke to my insurance company in June and they agree I’m not at fault! And that GEICO should be paying for my damages and I can sue the driver! Anthony from the Lakeland office is rude and nasty! Meanwhile he isn’t even the adjuster! The adjuster Carla was also rude!!! She supposedly left the office early and that is why Anthony called, returning the voicemail I left for Carla. Of course they refuse to pay; their company has been losing money all year long!!! Thank god I’m not their client anyway either ! But don’t worry, they’ll be paying ‼️😡😡😡😡 and these recent reviews are going to help make sure of that!!! Going to see if we can’t just get this office shut down!

My young daughter had an accident with a Geico policy holder and the adjuster Kathleen Blanchard made the judgment without even speaking to my daughter and getting a recorded statement according to Kathleen (her words) that Geico automatically gives judgements to their own policy holders...Seems in ethical and illegal not to speak to drivers of the accident.So if you have accident with Geico you automatically loose the judgements so basically they are telling you to hire a lawyer to help you and she said never try to get what's fair to you in an accident on your own with out representation from attorneys per Kathleen. Kathleen finally decided to get a recording from my daughter but only after I filed with the BBB and made a complaint to her just as deceitful manager...so in closing THANK YOU GEICO AND KATHLEEN BLANCHARD OF LAKELAND FLORIDA for being unfair and very deceitful the news media outlets are next

I am being threatened by Geico and this is the office that sends the hate mail. If they threaten you, contact your state Insurance Commissioner, along with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners as it is their job to coordinate regulation of multistate insurers.

Phone doesn't work. GEICO is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with over 60 years. I was told there was only ONE person at GEICO that can tell me status of my collision claim. ONE PERSON!!!!! AND he doesn't return calls. Cancelling three policies with GEICO. Never again.
