This place is a TOTAL JOKE...me and my bf stayed there almost a year...laundry on site and there were times that our clothes would be removed from dryer soaking wet and just thrown on a table...couldn't get them to fix a dang thing....told them 3 days after we moved in that our cook good was out and it was ALWAYS an excuse it took them nearly 5 months to fix that...the shower when we moved in wasn't refinished from the previous tennet which was ok because they said that they would fix it within the week it was NEVER fixed Or redone...they tell you that you won't get late fees as long as your rent is in by 5 on Friday well even when we did pay it by 5 the owner was never in there until later in the week so late fees stacked up...vape shop is over priced it seems and it was ALWAYS a hassle to get the maintenance guy to do anything ALWAYS wanted to charge to fix things when he did come fix stuff....so I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND this place for anything....

Dont have much good to say. I know the maintenance guy who evidently isnt one of the owners like he said he was. I talked to him and was told they had 3 open properties and he would meet with me on a Friday. Well Friday came and I was about to head that way so I texted him and he said he'd have to do it Monday. I specifically told him if you cant do it just let me know he assured me that everything was fine. Monday came I call no answer go to the vape shop nowhere to be found when he set the meeting. Called him a couple more times and nothing. It is almost a month later and my girlfriend even called the agency and left many messages for the real owner and nothing. So just beware make sure you go in person and dont go on anyone's word. And by the way this was not a favor I asked or anything like that I just happened to remember this certain person telling me he had properties for rent. My girlfriend has spent over a grand at the vape store. And the whole time we were supposedly friends he's this big business man. Well I hope business is better then your word. Thanks again, Ryan
