Been here for 10 plus years and keeps getting worse with the management. Now that maintenance and other staff have been caught on peoples ring doorbells not doing their jobs properly they are now prohibited to have their pest control open your door spray in side of door then leave maintenance puts a note on door saying they have completed work when they haven’t our ring community has put up video of this and now all ring doorbell are prohibited they say nothing can be placed on outside of building so let’s see during holidays how many wreaths or other decorations are on outside of people door and nothing will be said it’s ok to have vehicles vandalized and packages stolen but not ok to catch staff not doing their job run run run

Carlton Arms North Lakeland has been an amazing place to live! Maintenance has always been quick and friendly. People in the office are kind and helpful. The apartment community is quiet, the grounds are clean with 2 huge pools, but my only complaint is there is no playground for small children, which is why I am giving 4 stars otherwise it would be 5.

I lived at Carlton Arms from 2012 until 2018. I moved to another county to be closer to family. I so regret the move. I miss Carlton Arms so much. I think it's one of the best places to live. Reasonable rent, great maintenance etc. I would love to move back one day. I highly recommend Carlton Arms to anyone looking for a decent place to live.

Great place to stay! They are one of the cheapest apartments you can find in Lakeland with everything included... I had a one bedroom apartment upstairs! The appliances are not updated as some of the newer complexes but they are still very nice. I’m giving 4 stars because After I moved out I attempted to move back in a year later and the office staff are starting to become very rude. They do not inform you how long the waiting period will be and get agitated when you call back in 3 months regarding if anything has come available. My husband and I got a refund of our $50 application fee due to being on the waiting list for 5-6months. Happy Apartment Hunting !

It depends on the availability and the apt/rooms you need. They put you on a waiting list. In my case it took 2 months. Wonderful place. Worth the wait!
Do you guys accept someone who had been evicted

Thanks for your question! We provide the Spectrum Select Package. Channels included in that package are subject to change by the cable company.
If there is no sticker they are a guest all residents have stickers. I have never had an issue except people driving to fast in the parking lot. Also the people at the front gate check everyone who enters license plate, and if they don't have a sticker they ask who they are visiting. Plus the record them. During the evening the do rounds. So I.do not understand how they wouldn't know that doesn't make sense
In the 80's I think. And poor credit is NOT an issue. My credit was below 500 and I've lived here going on 2 years.
Credit score aren't what they are looking for. As long as your history doesn't show that you owe money to previous landlords
Idont know about 3beds but 1bed room is $724 now
In the almost 700's call and they will tell you exactly depending on the model and what they have available
