Judging based off of most recent reviews, sounds like code enforcement, health department & police need to be involved asap! If your apartments are not livable, healthy & safe, then management should make it a priority to see to that, as soon as an issue is brought up. No one should have to live in poor conditions. There is a noise ordinance law, as well. People work & have kids. You should enforce it, that people be considerate and have respect for those that live there. My previous apartment required in the lease, that we had to be quiet past a certain time at night, until a certain time in the morning. I would hate to live there & have to deal with unfair conditions. Also, please treat your tenants with kindness and respect. I have seen many that said that staff is very rude and disrespectful. I hope you do everything you can, to make it a fair living environment worth being in, for your tenants.

They do not even deserve a star much less be able to rent out to tenants. I ignored the reviews being hard head and that was the worst mistake if my life. My air conditioner has leaked (because they have the cheap hotel style a/c unit) that do not work properly. I have lived at on of there establishments for less than 3 months and i have water on my floor for over a week because the service is so slow and mold in my apartment. Its really awful and they do not help make it any easier. DO NOT RENT! Don't make the same mistake I did..

I just moved in a week ago, and I'm paying 825 for a large 1/1. I got in on a move-in special, you just have to call the office or check their website.
Mr. Burke, I apologize that you feel this way and thought that we had fixed everything that you reported. If at anytime something is not working correctly, please contact us immediately. I know that you had an issue with our on call service and I am dealing with that in house. I thought when you decided to renew and transfer to a bigger apartment, you enjoyed living here.
