They forgot to make my order and after waiting for 35 minutes I asked them again and they straight lied and said they were just backed up. Then my order came out within two minutes. I literally saw person behind me order and get their order and leave already as well as my food order fried shrimp was just laying there for 20 plus minutes so it was completely soggy so I know for a fact they forgot my drink order but they kept lying saying they didn’t forget my order. Mistakes happen but lying is choice and a shady one at that. Own your mistake instead lying to cover your mistake. Horrible experience. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be lied to

The boba itself is great. But I called in an order and was told it would be ready for pickup in 10 minutes. The wait in line for phone-in orders was like minutes, so phoning on the order didn’t help me out at all. Better off just going during slow times.

After trying to visit on numerous occasions when in that little center and them always being closed I finally caught them open. I ordered a fruit tea, wait wasn't horrible but the tea was unimpressive maybe the reviews are more for the food than the teas? I wouldn't go out of my way to return there are many other tea shops I've enjoyed more.
