No, unfortunately. It closes thanksgiving weekend. The only nearest forest service campground open year around is Holcomb Valley. It's out about 12 miles on a dirt road from Fawnskin north of the valley. Near Stanfield cutoff road and north shore drive is another private RV park called Pine Tree Rv park they are open year round.

Yes actually but only by reservation. And it's not recommended if you don't have an rv.
