I am not sure if they are open every day of the year, however, I do know that you can check if the day and spot you would like to reserve is available online. If you would like a specific spot, it is best to reserve it ahead of time online. If you are in the area, you can swing by and find an available spot and pay there and then or the next morning. If you have any problems, Ranger are always patroling and are glad to help out. I highly recommend this location, best of luck!
It was open year round but you are advised to call and ask. It is nearly empty now but you should reserve ahead if you plan summer camping here
I've been there twice. The last time we were there was in October but we made reservations back in August. If you are planning to go during the summer it's best to make your reservations now since it's peak season during that time.
They are closed for the winter, reopening in March. Reservations are a must for holidays and weekends 6 months in advance. Good luck!
I don't imagine they're open right now with a government shutdown. I also doubt they are open in the coldest winter months when there's a lot of snow. However on recreation.gov you should be able to see which sites are open and when.
