Hi I am confused, is there two Serrano campgrounds ? Both take reservations?

There's just one. Somebody created a second serrano location on google maps. Use the one that reads "Serrano Campground".

Only one serrano that's a national park

It fills up fast and almost all weekends are taken by March or April for the summer. Reserve early.

There is only one serrano campground in the Big bear lake region. Yes it takes reservations and it is a must for any weekend during the camping seasons and holidays.
