You could take it to any shelter.

You can take him to any of these shelters from the city but there is absolutely no guarantee that someone will adopt him if the owner is not found. He might get euthanized eventually so I recommend that you either take him to any animal hospital to have him checked for a microchip at no cost and then you can call the owner if there is one, or take him if possible to the pasadena humane society at 361 South Raymond Avenue so that they can put him up for adoption if the owner doesn't appear. This is a no kill shelter. Good luck!

Search for Animal Shelter location and them take the pet to neatest location you found it.

Find the closest animal shelter and take the animal there. :-)

Take it there. They might be able to check if the pet has a microchip and they will find the owner. Hopefully somebody claims it. One thing you could also do is take a picture of the pet and post flyers where you found it and put it where you dropped it off. The owner might be able to go get there. Hope this helps a bit.
